Carm Basile is one of the Capital Region’s top business leaders. He enjoyed a long and distinguished career as the Chief Executive Officer for the Capital District Transportation Authority. Under Basile’s leadership, CDTA was transformed into a regional icon and mobility provider, connecting people and communities. Upon retirement from CDTA, Basile joined Park Strategies as a Senior Advisor. Park is one of the Capital Region’s top strategic advisor firms. He leads a Board Governance Advisory Group, which provides valuable resources for government-based and not-for-profit boards and Chief Executives. Basile's consulting group develops innovative approaches to corporate leadership. CB Leadership Advisors, LLC is focused on the development of leaders, encouraging them to take active roles in community engagement and partnership building.
