Description:

United Way of the Greater Capital Region (UWGCR) is seeking a motivated, curious, and dynamic team member to join our Community Impact Department. The department leads community investment strategies, principled grantmaking, and several social innovation and coalition initiatives. As a learning organization, UWGCR continuously adapts its strategies by learning from partners and evaluating the impact of our community investments.

UWGCR is also actively engaged in coalition and collective impact work. We convene two coalitions (Digital Equity Coalition and Summer Meals Collaborative) and participate in others focused on universal basic income, ending child poverty, strengthening local food systems, and advancing economic wellbeing.
