Erin is a nonprofit administrator with more than 26 years of progressive leadership experience advancing employment and community-based services for people with disabilities. She currently serves as Director of Employment Services and Industrial Operations at Liberty ARC, where she oversees programs focused on expanding employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities. Erin brings expertise in strategic planning, financial development and management, government procurement, regulatory compliance, and organizational growth. She previously served as a Board Member of United Way of Montgomery County and recently joined the Board of Directors of United Way of the Greater Capital Region, where she also serves on the Finance Committee. Erin is the Treasurer and a Board Member of New York State APSE. She is a committed, mission-driven leader dedicated to strengthening communities.
