Michael-Aaron is a mission-driven leader with more than a decade of experience advancing social impact, organizational strategy, and community empowerment. As Chief Program Officer at the Regional Food Bank of Northeastern New York, he leads programs serving over 355,000 individuals monthly across 23 counties, addressing food insecurity while building sustainable pathways to health and equity. A NYS-licensed social worker, he holds an MSW from the University at Albany, MDiv from United Theological Seminary, and DEI certifications from Cornell University and the University of South Florida. He also serves as Senior Pastor of Macedonia Baptist Church, a thriving community-driven congregation in Albany County. Michael-Aaron has been on the United Way for seven years.
