Selica Y. Grant, Esq., CDE® is the first woman of color appointed Chief Administrative Officer of the New York State Thruway Authority, providing executive leadership over Administrative Services, including risk management, internal controls, labor and personnel relations, employee safety, equity and engagement, facilities, and workforce development. Previously, she held senior leadership roles at the NYS Department of Labor, including inaugural Chief Diversity Officer and Chief Risk Officer & Special Counsel, advancing equity, compliance, and workforce innovation statewide. Selica is an adjunct faculty member at The Sage Colleges and the University at Albany, teaching on law, equity, and public speaking. A licensed New York attorney and Certified Diversity Executive, she is an active civic leader and award-winning advocate for community and youth development.
